I'm not too happy because I feel I'm being lied to because we have to sign a ARP form stating we have to submit hours weekly to be in the program and to receive cash assistance but on the arp paperwork it clearly states we are provided with a gas card and the amount next to it and we are required to sign that form we are not receiving any gas cards that makes me feel uncomfortable because I'm required to sign something but I'm not receiving those benefits they need to change that. Other than that customer service is great!

You're far better off standing in the parking lot kicking rocks than trying to accomplish anything whatsoever with the people who are getting paid to work here. Absolute total waste of your time and energy. They will not help you whatsoever in person with anything ever or respond to your calls, voicemails, or emails. Do yourself a favor and don't even walk through the door. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I DID A PROGRAM WITH THEM AND WAS NEVER PAID SO NOW I HAVE TO FILE A REPORT TO GET MY MONEY I WORKED HARD FOR NOBODY IS EMAILING ME BACK OR NOTHING THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I greatly appreciate the ppl that work in this building. However when then it comes to the DEO - Unemployment.... (TERRIBLE) can't expect ppl to do zoom classes, BUT don't answer the phone in Tallahassee to resolve Finacial issues regarding how we're are being compensated (weekly or BI WEEKLY PAY), ppl are becoming homeless... where is the organization that OUR TAX PAYERS DOLLARS PAY FOR ... WHY IN GODS GREEN EARTH DONT THESE PROGRAMS WORK TOGETHER. MAKING THESE PROGRAMS RUN SMOOTHLY TOGETHER. Coming on GOVERNMENT ITS 2022 not the 20's. I don't need help finding a job, I need financial support... it's a program WE PAY INTO, YOUR NOT DO US A FAVOR! I have only done unemployment twice in my whole will never do it again. WASTE OF TAX PAYERS DOLLARS because the program isn't based on FAIRNESS & Smart structure just so the American people begging for money. SAD! NOW if you get a job with them-Career source -kudos and congratulations to you because the people that help in career source locations work hard & try their best to be there for you! My personal opinion they don't get paid enough for what they have to go through! However DEO unemployment/career source are two different entities! If you're trying to work together do a better job! Pay us to do zoom calls, TIME IS MONEY!
