Chris, Thank you for the updates, as always. I just want to give a shout out to Lori, she's also busting her little butt in there cleaning, and always so personable and sweet. She even let's me sneak in my shower on Sundays a but early so I can attend church. I just want to say she's an amazing asset to the park. Monty also, I see that man soaking wet, dirty as can be and always out there giving his all. Even when I get home late like 8 or 9pm he's sometimes still out there working away. Also you Chris can't even began to thank you for all you do at the park. I just wanted to thank you all for being such amazing people. God Bless Melissa

Beautiful park, no issues except freeway noise, common with RV parks, and it is isolated. Cannot walk anywhere from the park.... But within the park it's very, very nice!

This is a nice peaceful place to stay. Spaces are very tight almost no room sit out. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Lowered to 2 stars after the price went up 200.00 with new management👎

Price per night
My trailer is 35' and fits comfortably. There are many different sized spaces. But we are pretty full most of the time. So it would be a good thing to call Chris in the office and check availability.
They'll make exceptions depending on the condition of your RV...
They do have park residents that rent slips by the month. You'll need to check with the office for availability.
$750 per month + approx $58 in utilities, electric is sub-metered and billed monthly.
No more than 4 ppl and children are not allowed to be outside of their rv without an adult
Last i heard there was a 1 year waiting list to get into long term. But i am not 100% sure
We rent an rv spot for 2 months in the winter. We've never had to pay more than the published rate, however you do pay separately for your electricity. We also pay a deposit, but we get that back.
