My mower wouldn't run and brought it to Doudna's. Kurt was extremely helpful when I first brought it in and explained the process. They said it would be about a week, but less than a week later I got the call it was ready. Dale was awesome at pickup explaining what they did and the price was very reasonable. In a time when so many things go corporate, it's awesome to see a long time family run business available. I will be taking my mower here for tune-ups and recommend anyone in the area use Doudna's. Thanks guys!

Spent 150 to fix my power washer and it ran for 20 minutes and when i brought it back Kurt said something else broke and there was nothing they could do so when I asked for a discount if I bought a new one, he offered a whopping 25 dollar rebate and said I was lucky they didn’t charge me to diagnose the problem the 2nd time around. Sounds like they either are tired of what they are doing and don’t care about their customers or they are making too much money.

I bought some parts for my mower, had a hard time finding the part. Doudna's got the part for me. Carswell, the parts supplier, sent me the invoice that was suppose to go to Doudna's. It stated that the total price was 29.92 for the product and 18.41 for the shipment to my house. Total $48.33. Doudna's charged me $98.66 for this transaction. Curt, the owner, said that the invoice should have come to him and not me , so I never should have seen the price. He said it is common for a %50 mark up but that being said it actually was a %100 mark up. Curt said I was paying for his experience. That being said, be aware that the mark up they will charge you is %100. I gave them two stars because I did receive the part in the time frame that they promised. Just not happy with the deception of the markup. As said by the owner below, I asked for a 50% refund. The owner didn’t “offer” it. He then put a stipulation on the refund that I give him a 5 star review and then, and only then, would he refund what I asked for at the time. He kept saying he was my “Superman”. I wouldn’t change it to a five star review if he refunded the entire amount.
