Awesome service!! I was in and out in 10 minutes! He replaced both screen protectors quickly and perfectly. He had a great disposition even though I came in 20 minutes before closing. 5 stars well deserved review for excellent service. Very refreshing to experience a person in todays service industry that was actually kind, professional, and very polite.

I would save $200 and go elsewhere… Ever since I got my screen repaired here, it has been glitching like crazy. Scrolling and clicking things on apps when my hands are not even touching it and now my phone battery will not last half the day. Would be a crazy coincidence that this is all happening at once. Super nice people, just wish I didn't get my screen repaired here when now I need a whole new phone.

I've never had such a terrible and unprofessional experience in my life and if I could give them no stars I would. Its a stretch to call this place a "business". I brought my iPhone in to have the glass back repaired and I left with a completely broken phone. Not only did they put on the wrong color back (my phone is green and they put a black back on it after I specifically ordered green and waited 2 weeks for it to arrive) but my iPhone now restarts every 3 minutes no matter what I do. I did not have any operational problems before bringing my phone in. I was told that a new green back would be ordered for me and that they would call when it arrived, that was over 1 month ago. Seriously the worse experience. BEWARE and do not take your phone there for repair!

My husband's was cracked all the way through to the main screen... They replaced the face and the screen which a lot of lines in it and distortion. I believe that the whole thing came to $89 plus tax. They did have his screen because it's a ZTE. So it took about a week, and his phone was an old one that we found in the closet. Mike's great no problems with it
All depends on the type of screen. I paid to have a thick tempered glass with screen saver on a S 9+

Correct, they send them out. It's a corporate satellite store. You will have to go to one of the large free standing store for service while you wait and usually you still need to leave it a day or so.
