The selection for back to school over elementary age is zero. We literally couldn't find anything for b2s here this year. Where did the Jr section go?

I ordered several items online. I entered a separate shipping address from my billing address. The website messed this up during the checkout process. I called customer service to change the shipping address. They were virtually worthless. They were unable to change the shipping address and offered no assistance. The items were all supposed to ship together. I was only given one tracking number. I called UPS to have them hold the package at the store, as I do not receive mail at my billing address. Come to find out, Kohls shipped the items separately so I had to pay UPS two separate fees just to get my packages due to the website's error and lack of customer service. Great prices online, but error on the website and awful customer service.

My experience with Kohl's today was off the charts wonderful. I was helped in customer service by Gene and Andrew. Both of these individuals were absolutely a pleasure as they helped me with my return! I was then helped by Kirsten, Gigi and Darin with my purchase of some beautiful clothing items and men's shoes. It was obvious to me that Kohl's takes pride in training their associates and the aforementioned associates absolutely took pride in their commitment to excellence! Thank you Gene, Andrew, Kirsten, Gigi and Darin! I can't thank you enough for making me feel like a valued customer!

The clothing selection is always on point and Amazing, with a capital A. However, they seem to really be lacking lately with their customer service skills, as well as the individual in charge of hiring individuals. Their loss prevention waste time following people Tound who are clearly browsing and buying merchandise. While letting a handful of thieves or more at a time, scoot right on by. Sad really.
