We were told there was a money back guarantee so we signed up for dog training here. What followed was three consecutive rescheduled appointments. The third of which we were never notified of until we arrived onsite for our training appointment only to have the proprietor burst from his hot tub and run inside. At that point we knew we were done. We immediately cancelled and requested our money back. No check was ever sent. We were asked to return multiple times, this was after the proprietor informed us that he always carries a firearm and had been shot on the property grounds by a jilted ex who also worked there. Needless to say, we never set foot there again. We have since filed a complaint with the BBB which pendragon never responded to either. I normally don’t give much attention to one star reviews like this but please trust me. This man will take your money. He will brag about himself and his “award winning” pedigree but it’s all a front. Don’t trust pendragon for dog training. It’s all a front to steal people’s hard earned money!

We recently lost our 15 year old Shepard that we purchased from Mike when he was a puppy. Ruger was the light of our lives and brought our family an immeasurable amount of joy. He lived a full life with minimal health problem due to his fantastic breeding. We cannot thank pendragon acres enough for our baby and are so so grateful we got to spend as much time with him as we did. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Shepard and a best friend. I would never get one from anywhere else. I will absolutely be getting another dog from them when my family and I are ready!
