The most disorganized Dunkin I’ve ever been to.

Order via the mobile app at 7:25. Go to the store and order is still not ready. I received my order 25 minutes after I had made the order on the app. When I finally get my order, I get raw bacon. Needless to say, waste of money as I had to throw it away.

Dunkin overall needs to do better. Employees should NOT be cleaning machines BEFORE close time. If a place closes at 9 then that’s when the machines should be cleaned. I don’t ever want to hear from an employee that you do it ahead of time so you can leave early.. no. If I’m there before 8 I should get my drink. Not how the business should be ran. If you’re open till 9 I should be able to order the drink of my choice. Most ridiculous thing I ever heard. Do better Dunkin, my kid was crying from not being able to get why they wanted be abuse Dunkin’s hours are till 9 at this location. I am also a loyal customer where I come almost everyday, you will end up losing a loyal customer.

I am never one to write a bad review, but the 3 most frequent visits to this establishment were not good. Today, I pulled in and saw a huge banner expressing $3 iced lattes for members, and also a sign for their new lemonade refresher. I tried to order a lemonade, and they didn’t even have it made. Then, I order a medium iced latte, and was charged $4.49 for it, even after I scanned. If you have promotions like this, please go by them.
