***WARNING ALL PROPERTY OWNERS**** American Family Housing tricked me into renting to a PARANOID SCHIZOPHRENIC client on 9/22/20. Total fraud representation of client. Now my other tenants on property live in fear. When I called for help I was told that there was nothing that they could do and that I am now stuck with a PARANOID SCHIZOPHRENIC new tenant. Do Not do business with American Family Housing....!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED........!!!!

Very self serving organization. In a Marketwired (CANADA) press release on June 19th AFH announced The CEO has left the company to pursue her life long dream to become an educator. What have you done for veterans as lately? You housed a few, but what about the rest of them? What about the veteran and family put on the streets by AFH? What about them?

I rented an apartment through American Family Housing and they were so awesome their property was clean anytime I had a problem with anything in my apartment maintenance was out the next day the pool was always very clean. They are always doing stuff for the kids for the holidays and also help out with school supplies for my children including backpacks pencils rulers paper anything that a kid would need for school. The property manager Malcolm Rivera was really awesome he was so helpful and understanding I would definitely recommend American family housing to anyone who is looking to rent.

Actually AFH helps NO Veterans!!
I'm not sure bu I have ran into the same issues with AFH and transparency. Seriously whats the justification for spending 6.3 million on a 2 million dollar project? Seems very dishonest. Maybe with the changing of the guard, AFH will come clean and be truthful with everyone, especially that they used public money to build potters. With public funding comes public accountability.
I have observed that security personnel display such a big ego that they feel like they are city policemen. This in all the groups that provide housing for the homeless. This is terribly wrong.
