Staff is friendly and helpful. But store was out of alot of stock. Especially on the Victoria Secret part of the store. But they did offer to order online for me. Also difficult to find items in the store as well.

I went to the store today had great customer service from Poppy. She could tell me my niece bra size from just looking on a picture. That's talent. The manager was very helpful with me accessing my coupons. I must say there was a lot of tension in the store. Manager was a little harsh with workers and you could feel and see it. The store wasn't full but as Poppy was helping us the manager kept reminding her that there was other customers. There were 3 customers in the store and more than enough workers to cover them. While I missed a lot that was happening. My husband, who was with me, fill me in on what took place in the store, when we got home. I don't know what happened, if today was just a bad day, but it made the shopping experience a little uncomfortable for that reason.

Victoria secret is great but this location I will never go too. Manager is incredibly rude and doesn’t know their own policy for defective bra. Had to contact corporate to get a return label and will be getting my refund.
