I had to go to Wendy’s to pickup two Doordash’s and the drive thru line was into the Walmart parking lot. Called Wendy’s and they refused to bring my orders out. My deliveries were 45 minutes late. The Wendy’s also put a small print out that said they were closing at 11 PM and all of the people waiting behind me in the drive thru waited almost an hour for no reason. (Mind you this was 11 PM on a Friday)

I stood on line for a while before someone would greet me. Then when I said something I didn't even get a "Hello welcome to Wendy's sorry about the wait" It was busy in the drive through.. so I came inside. Absolutely NO ONE had in HAIR NETS, NO SMILES, Given they had mask on but again it was not on properly. I looked back towards the kitchen area. And it was not clean.. I feel like they need better management in this location.

I just visited this Wendy's location 15 APR 2022. Why can't people just do the right thing? I truly do not understand. So the guy that was cleaning the floor, stopped cleaning, took my order, then assisted with preparing my meal. It is unsanitary and sickening. As a kid I worked for Wendy's. They do or did teach and require sanitary practices. It is appalling. Yet all these businesses want local support.

We drop by this Wendy every time we travel to Walmart. Funny thing is that I walk in to order and get out faster than people in the drive through. Bathrooms are very clean. Nice staff.
