Lovely park to ride bike, walk, run, hike, picnic, rest and relax. Very nice and clean.

Beautiful, well maintained, clearly marked paths. Great for dogs, bike riding, and walking for people of all ages. There is a basketball court, tennis court, picnic area, wetlands area, small waterfall, and dam. Fun for the whole family. Can't wait to return

Beautiful park, good hiking, clean and clear trails, would recommend this for family gatherings, birthday parties, and special occasions at the shelters.

Rooster front park is the back side of Steele Creek Park it is two and half miles to the front entrance to the park. What a beautiful walk. I take my two old 🐕 dogs there because it is an easy walk for them. Gravel walk and not much up and down hill. Love 💗 it.

Thank you Adam Bowman & Loucille Sparks for your time help
You need a TN fishing license if over 16. I would not eat the fish caught from the lake or creek but they don't have to be released. No fee to use the park from the parking area. There are kids climbing apparatus and a basketball court.
Yep, really clean too. They are across the street from Rooster itself.
I think you can! I have seen people fish here but think you have to throw them back in!
There is a boat ramp where the kids playground is. You need to go to Steele Creek park. From Rooster Front you would have to carry your Kayak a good ways both in and out.
Yes just not alot of room if you cross over the first bridge to the left there's a big grass opening
