Ordered a rare burger got a well done, ordered a double Jack on the rocks, got one with out ice , 4th or 5th time it's happened, won't be going back, trying someplace else next Friday

Just a short walk down a very nice path from an EV charging station that's free at the city hall, this Applebee's had fresh tasting food delivered in a reasonable time frame. The bathroom and the dining room could have used a little cleaning but that's to be understood in these times. Our server was very kind and polite and professional except that she gave the Bill to us before we head even finished eating. We may have wanted coffee or dessert after our meal but I think it was getting to be the end of her shift. Overall the experience was very good and I would come again.

My boyfriend and I visited this Applebee’s and first off, the waitress was extremely rude! She said maybe 10 words to us the whole visit. Lack of communication made us feel very unwanted and unwelcome. Then, we get our food. Very Unpleased. We both ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp. Mine was completely burnt and they still sent it to me like that! Even tried to cover it with to shrimp as if I wouldn’t notice it completely burnt. I tried to scrape off the burnt pieces and ended up with 3/4 of a chicken breast. We were very hungry when we arrived, but had completely lost our appetite by the time we left. Barely ate any of it.
