IRENE WAS AMAZING AND POLITE. VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PAYDAY LOANS AND HAD ALL THE ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS. ITS SO STRESSFUL TO HAVE TO TAKE OUT A LOAN TO FIX YOUR CAR YOU'VE ONLY HAD 5 MONTHS AND STILL MAKING PAYMENTS ON BUT IRENE HELPED REDUCE SOME OF THAT FOR ME! THANK YOU SO MUCH IRENE. RAPID CASH IS LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A DEDICATED EMPLOYEE AND COULD USE MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU ON BOARD. THANKS AGAIN!! Update this location has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! They are great! I have been working with them for about 3 years now and always professional. Would recommend loaning from this location.

Worst customer service experience ever. I was not greeted when I walked in. Once I was acknowledged after about 6 minutes of standing there, they asked how they could help. I said I have a echeck I would like to cash. She informed me they can not cash echecks. I let the person know I did call and speak with someone and they told me it was okay. This is why I drove about 20 minutes to come see you. You were not near my starting location- so I called first. They then asked me for my drivers license and took a photo copy of my check and drivers license. Then they came back to the window and said they wouldn’t be able to cash the check. My concern is- why would you take a photo copy of all my personal information without first telling me you are taking photo copy’s of everything. I asked why would you take photo copies of all of my stuff, knowing you are not able to help me. The staff members answer was in case we get audited. I do not like this business practice and will not ever be going to a rapid cash location again. Horrible horrible horrible. I’m sorry for people that need Rapid cash services.

I had no idea what to expect when it came to getting a loan. I had never needed one but Christmas came fast and I was already spent. When I went in, I was greeted by Elma, a petite women with brown hair. She made sure to greet everyone who walked through the door. Elma really helped me understand the key points of getting a loan from them and answered any question I had, whilst keeping it speedy! It looked very busy but Elma kept the same focus and excellent customer service the entire time. I was so happy when I left! As for everyone else, it looked like they did an excellent job of keeping the line moving and communicating amongst each other.

Yeah they do give you 30 days to pay it off but also if you can't you can make a payment plan after the 30 day period!
