The repair person lied to me and never fixed my watch. I came in there to have my Hamilton watch fixed. The guy told me that he was going to fix it and I paid him $500. I came in a few months later because my watch wasn’t working again and now he tells me that he was charging me the $500 just to clean the watch and service it not repair it, that is an absolute lie. I remember having an hour long conversation about what he was going to fix exactly and beside that if he was charging me $500 just to service and clean the watch it is an absolute rip off. Do not waste your money at this place.

The tech did an amazing restoration with a quick turnaround. I was impressed with the diligent work with the repair and restoring. The watch looks like new and it is about 40 years old. Zoom into the before and after photos. Excellent job!!!

Al is a true professional. As soon as I entered the store, he quickly spotted the issue with my automatic watch and informed me the steps he would need to take to resolve such issue. He was transparent with the process, potential cost/pricing, and the overall communication of what are necessary to be replaced - and more importantly, what “aren’t” necessary to be replaced… and this latter part is what most watch repair shops don’t tell you. Thankfully, the broken parts within my watch were general parts that Al had existing inventory for, so he was able to repair my watch within hours for same day pickup (vs. the 10-15 day turnaround time the other shop told me before I came to Al…) Al is the man. He’s communicative, transparent, courteous, and most importantly, passionate for his job. Thanks Al, I really appreciate your help. Will definitely come here for my other watches!
