There really aren't enough good things to say about Mimi's Jewelry. I live 2,000 miles away and it still feels like Dave is my local, personal jeweler. I heard he did great work from a number of people I trust, so when I realized I wanted to ask my girlfriend to marry me I sent him a quick email with my budget and a few things I was looking for in a ring to see what he could do for me. He was very quick to respond, and over the course of a few weeks and a lot of emails he turned my original vague inquiry into a rendering that was exactly what I was looking for. Once I was comfortable with the design and gemstone details I told him I wanted to go ahead and do it, and a few weeks later I had a custom engagement ring in my hands that is a true work of art. My fiancee loves it, and for me it came out on budget and exactly as designed. I didn't have the largest budget in the world, but there was never a time through the whole process where I didn't feel like I was his most important customer. Dave will be my first call in the future any time I have jewelry needs. He is an incredibly talented craftsman who also has wonderful communication skills.

David and his staff at Mimi’s were an absolute pleasure to deal with. David was very patient with me as we went the process of putting together a ring for my wife’s Birthday present. And to top it off we don’t even live in the same area so the process was done long distance!

There is a reason to support small business in our community - great customer service through building a relationship. Buying jewelry can be a difficult process since unlike a car or phone, comparing item A to B can be subjective and you can't just look up the best price on the internet. That's when having trust is so important...knowing you aren't being taken advantage of just because you aren't an expert. I trust Mimi's to provide me with a unique item that is also a great value.
