I've eaten at this location a lot in the past but they've got a new crew of inexperienced kids on day shift. We were there around noon on 2-12-22; those kids aren't sandwich artists they're green behind the ears NOVICES. Let's face it when you tell someone NO LETTUCE on my sandwich & the first thing they do is grab a handful of the stuff & prepare to pile it on the sandwich & had to be told AGAIN...SERIOUSLY??!!.. They didn't know how to follow the most BASIC & SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS. I told the INATTENTIVE ATTENDANT only a SMALL amount of mayo & the SPACE CASE kid then blows a huge amount onto the OUTER EDGE of my sandwich, the NEOPHYTE NOVICE then blew a VERY HEFTY AMOUNT of sweet onion sauce onto my sandwich after I explicitly told the INEPT APPRENTICE I wanted a LIGHT AMOUNT. This bunch has a LONG way to go to become JOURNEYMAN sandwich makers. This act of BLATANT LACK of attention to detail RUINED part of my sandwich. When I tried to eat it the inside of the sandwich fell onto the sandwich wrapper I had placed on the table. Then I had the DUBIOUS DISTINCTION of picking thru the excess of mayo & sweet onion sauce to eat what I could; this WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE BY ANY STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION. This rendered roughly 1/4 or MORE of my sandwich INEDIBLE because of the slimy, soggy & now nonexistent bread. This portion was promptly deposited into the trash can. Folks, I get being new, we've all been there at one time or another, but the MARKED INABILITY to follow instructions is INEXCUSABLE. In my opinion that crew needs to be RETRAINED or REPLACED if they CANNOT or WILL NOT bring the service to an ACCEPTABLE level. I enjoy giving GOOD REVIEWS when I have a GREAT experience somewhere, but I simply CALL IT AS I SEE IT. Believe me that bunch brought this review UPON THEMSELVES!! I hope that the owner or manager of this Subway will read this and use it to effect POSITIVE CHANGES. Please believe me when I tell you that I DO NOT take pleasure in writing negative reviews; I sincerely hope the owner or manager will take the necessary steps to bring this restaurant BACK UP to the level of service I've come to expect from them. I enjoy using my gift with the written word to HELP others not to cause strife, grief or chaos.

Just try to go to this Subway the open light was on lights were on the hours on the door said they closed at 9 was there at 8:35 and the door was locked and the employees hid from us. Terrible service!
