Unprofessional. I was a customer for about 10 years and many of my family members have been customers for years as well. I decided to shop for other insurance in an attempt to lower my premium. I found the same coverage with AAA at nearly half the cost. When my wife called to cancel Lance became very condescending and insulting to her because we were canceling our coverage. He advised her that she was too young and naive to make the right decision, told her she didnt know what she was doing and that we would call him later telling him it was a big mistake and beg for him to fix it....as you could imagine we cancelled. As we had already paid for the months coverage, we recieved a letter from state farm confirming our coverage would be cancelled on the first of the following month. When our new insurance agent called Lances office she was told that our coverage was cancelled the day we call. Lance is nice as long as things are going his way. As soon as they arent he will become unprofessional and childish. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
