My man Moises was awesome to work with. Very polite, very knowledgeable, very professional. He sold me the car before I even made it to the dealership. I just had to show up to see it. I brought all my kids and he gave them snacks and water, and understanding of me being a single dad with a couple small kids. Our salesman Erik had wonderful customer service. I feel that he really listened to what it was that we we're looking for and that was top priority. He was patient showing us the difference in trims and allowing us to inspect the details of the car. When it came down to crunching numbers, I felt that the staff were very in tune with our budget and did their best to make sure this was a mutually beneficial purchase. Most times when purchasing a car, you feel that it is you against the dealership. But not in this case. I feel that they were on my side making sure I got something I wanted at a price that was affordable for me. Plus, there are no markups on their vehicles. You can't beat that! The customer service was great from beginning to end with each person we spoke with.

Me and my wife can’t say enough about our salesman James Acosta and the dealership itself. Very humble and hard worker who wants nothing but the best for his customers he is straight up and honest. He took good care of us and glad We got to experience the number 1 dealership in all of California along with the number 1 salesman in Mr. Acosta as well. Don’t know if he can get a pay raise or be promoted ASAP but very very deserving for him if you ask us. Thank you James and Rotolo Chevy!!
