Should sue them since they fail their obligations to have propper communication when calling , Tried to get information on a citation but don't have anybody to answer call. What a waste of my tax dollars , bunch of legal thieves in my honest opinion ,

Your Honor, you took the evidence photos from the officer, but you declined to take my photos. How is this fair? How can I trust the system when I see officers fist bumping the attorney inside the court-room?
GRASSY ASS
The system is corrupt, makes me sick thinking that a judge overlooked my evidence and sided with a police officer that had a non-related testimony. The judge gave no expense to give anyone a chance. All were guilty even though most of them had a good case. The judge sounded absolutely bought to the point of favoritism. It's sad and sickening that these people are in the so called justice system.

Well, its court so its probably not going to earn a 5 because 95% of the people are here because they are having a bad experience whether it's traffic tickets or civil lawsuits or criminal lawsuits. So I'm just not willing to give it any more. The deputies are usually snotty waiting for a case to take all day. Elections death is usually very helpful however the line to take hours

No, you need to be at court first thing to get on calendar.
Agree best way is to just go in it's fast if you go like around 1pm or in the morning before the court gets out.

Yes but most of the clerks can't answer any questions. I was even told by one clerk that she was going to get the Sherriff because I asked a difficult question
Then you need to ask the HR to provide you with a list documents needed and then go back to the records and see they can provide you those records, if not ask the records department who and how you can get hold the docs needed.
I wish someone would answer ...
What time is my Cort and where
I'd call the police department, if you're going to go at it by phone, if not, do a walk in to the court because their website and call center is garbage.
You can go to www.occourts.org, click on My Court Portal (left hand side of the menu), accept the terms and conditions, enter your case/citation number and you should be able to see information regarding your case. If this is a traffic citation/ticket, and you enter the citation number and no information pops up, it could mean that your citation has not been filed yet. Hope this helps.
No but there is a grocery store and other shops around the corner
It depends on what type of appearance it is. If you've scheduled for an arraignment, then you must show up on that date. You qualify for two extensions on your infraction traffic citations.
Appear
Probably not. You have to put your case on calendar to see the judge. Oh, if you consult an atty, he/she may be able to belp.
Yes
First find out which court the offense occured. If you have a citation, it will list the court on the ticket. For instance Fullerton is out of North Justice center. You can call the court or go to the walk up window and ask when your next court date was scheduled to. But you should have received a notice in the mail or were told directly by your attorney or judge.
To file a restraining order against a spouse, domestic partner, girlfriend, boyfriend, you need to go to LJC (Lameroux Justice Center) in Orange. If the person restrained is a neighbor, co-worker, etc., you need to go to the Civil department over at CJC (Central Justice Center) in Santa Ana. Hope this helps.
I'm not sure. I went to the court house to get my extension. But I think they give you instructions on the door on how to go about it.
Yes
The court is open to the public on a limited basis. Go to court's website to find out more.
Is this for Jury Duty?
I went yesterday it looked like they were close. I would go to the one in Westminster.
Just call. Get your case number. The number should be easy to find.
What kind of payment ?
I believe courts are closed I would call
I don't think so... You can try calling and they might tell u the status of ur case and guide to what window to go...
www.occourts.org
Probably depends on the charges, they usually issue a bench warrant for not appearing
Yes, North Justice Center
Go with ID that proves ur family to the place they are, no one will give over the phone. Good luck
Call court office and ask to talk to the officer of the day
I did but you can't talk to no one
Go to the courthouse, there are computers on the third floor.
Get there early, they won't let you in after 8:30
Go to the courthouse, third floor room 380
3rd floor. Go to the court computer and look up your case number. Order the documents you need and pay for them at the clerks office.
Go to https://www.occourts.org/self-help/traffic/extensions.html
Pay for your Warehouse ?the question does not make any sense
https://www.paybill.com/occourts/
You can get the paperwork to start your divorce in the self help center, room #355. The paperwork however will need to be filed at family court, (Lamareaux Justice Center) in the city of Orange.
Go to the courthouse if the arrest in Orange County. There are services that get them if the file is not sealed.
Go into the court in person
This court is open M-F. Others may close every other week
Go to the clerk and speak to them in person
You can look up your case on the court computer for the next appearance date
You go to the operations upper level i thin its room 200 tellbthe clerkbwhats going on and they will schedule it. Get there early like at 8 am
No .... not usually, however the marriage licenses are issued at the Santa Ana Court
Depends on the type of your appointment, if it's in front of a Judge .... you might be able to see the judge however it will be towards the end of the day, or you can make another appointment.
Pretty much you have it so just try to reschedule your court day they have payments 25 to 50 bucks minimum so you can do it.
My suggestion is for you to call the Court house and speak with a clerk to explore your options.
The Judge will work with you as soon long as you are humble and you can show that you are serious about resolving the issue
That means you fix the issue that you were cited for, have a court officer, and or a peace officer validate that the issue was fixed. You then show that to the court, pay a fee and have the citation removed.
Request another date or an extension
You have to call the Court house, provide your Ticket Number and request to see the judge - this will put you on the calendar for a specific date and time.
No its closed
