I have been leasing property at Moss Creek for at least 27 years, and I tend to respect the consistency of good management practice that I’ve observed over those years; therefore, I highly recommend Moss Creek.

This place is perfect. They have pretty much everything. Coy fish, they have plenty and they live in the river that runs through the whole place. A workout room? Of course. Oh did I forget to mention they have a pool, and a hot tub. It's amazing I always see people cleaning up the leaves or trimming the plants at the complex. It's so great here.

Moss Creek is the best apartment community I've ever lived in. It's clean, safe, beautifully landscaped, and the office staff is great. They are friendly and quick to get things fixed when needed. After a long day of work and the outside hustle and bustle, arriving home to Moss Creek feels like a safe haven.

I've lived here for almost 3 years now. -The management team that works here also lives here which means they care about the property a notch above most. They are always friendly, quick to resolve issues and answer emails. -They have gone through multiple security services and negotiated terms to ensure residents and their property are protected. -The pool are is newly renovated and has a beautiful lava-rock fireplace, new propane grills, a (non heated) pool and a hot tub accessible to all from 6am-10pm. -We have a gym upstairs with water & TV's which has the perfect variety of machines for anyone's workout. From cardio, to yoga, to heavy weightlifting. - Also complete with a Sauna in both the male & female bathrooms in the gym -Pool table room with TV as well. They provide the sticks & balls and were quick to replace a ball when one went missing -The mail room has this awesome locker service so when packages come you get an email with a code to enter and out pops your package. So if you get home late, or the office employees aren't there at the delivery time you never have to worry about a package being delayed. -Community is "alive". People know each other and most people are pretty friendly. Not everyone, you have your a**hats and idiots here like anywhere else but just less. -I have friends here I game with, BBQ with, go out at night with, etc. You rarely find that kind of affability in other properties. My only complaint is laundry prices. $1.75 for the wash I can understand but $1.25 for air doesn't make sense. I wish it was $0.50 for air but listen if this is my only complain about a community I'm pretty sure that's a plus lol. Also rent prices seem relatively stable. Rent HAS gone up over the last 3 years but rightfully so. I got new flooring that looks great and the common area was renovated and constantly gets compliments from friends that visit. As long as it doesn't get out of control, I would stay here long as possible.
