So happy I came to this apple store to buy my iPad! The person who checked me in recognized that I came in with a mission and knew what I wanted so her reserved the iPad I wanted. My sales rep was new and thought we were sold out and even said the last pink iPad was gone, but because of the first guy I had one reserved! From the minute I walked in to 30ish minutes with a sales rep the iPads were selling like hotcakes! Thank you again for having the foresight to reserve! Appreciate you all :)

Staff (especially a man named Alex) was knowledgeable and helpful in the Apple Watch buying process. Great displays and ability to purchase items online or in-store. Ease of checkout was fast, smooth, and easy.

I had a great experience with this store. I made a same day appointment to upgrade my iPhone 8 to a 13 pro and was helped as soon I entered the store. Even though the place was packed, I was taken care of and sent on my way without a hitch. Jasmine was a great help and very personable which made the experience that much better.

Honestly, Apple has a very low regard for product quality. Their phones were very cheap feeling and not ergonomic. The store doesn't have a good layout, everything is just in random order.
