This is my 1st time EVER writing a review for anything. I hate the phone. But this HAS to be said! I am 42 years old, I have been to A LOT of different Social Sercice locations in my life and NEVER have I witnessed an ENTIRE STAFF show such patience, kindness and genuine desire to help EVERYONE. And I mean EVERYONE regardless of mental status, intoxication level or hygiene issues! From the greeter at the front to the people behind the windows, even the armed officer! Everyone went out of their way to LISTEN and HELP in whatever way they could. Not one of them expressed annoyance, not once. It takes a lot to impress me and despite the hours I've been waiting (I came on a busy day!) i I'm impressed.

You have three options to obtain your card. Your card will have the number on it for online food purchases. If you need a physical card, you have two options. One go to tour local agency. Two go to your county's social services self help page, or simply link all your online accounts under your Gateway. Then use your profile That way you can request a physical copy of your benefits card be mailed to your Mailing Address. If you need anymore help let me know.

All I know is there is a Social Security Administration office located on Harbor Blvd. Just past Ball Road as you are heading east on Harbor Blvd. Just past the Disney Cast Member Parking Lot on your right side. If there is a place that can assist you, it's them.
