This was one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in, but it was so poorly made that after 3 months, I returned it to the store for a full refund. I bought this chair because of the remote control (post rotator cuff surgery), but one month later the seat slanted to the left so horribly that it became very uncomfortable to sit in. After 3 months the power died. My husband got trapped in the chair with it fully reclined. Thank goodness that we live in a family unit and that he doesn't live alone. This is a dangerous chair for an elderly person or a single person. Poor quality. Very disappointed because it truly was the most comfortable chair I've ever owned.

Homestretch furniture is nice to look at just not sure if the quality is worth the price tag. I purchased the Leather Custom Comfort couch, loveseat and chair. I had to exchange the chair due to the seat cushion. I'm sceptical that it will hold up overtime. It was delivered two weeks ago from NFM.

I am the owner of a new Custom Comfort HomeStretch power reclining sofa and recliner. After about 2 weeks of ownership, here is my impression. I am 5'10" and weigh 160. 1. When I sit on either the recliner or sofa my feet do not touch the floor. This proves to get uncomfortable after about 10 minutes. 2. The individual seat and back cushion compartments are filled with a fibrous fill and not foam. This not only makes the cushions look wavy and lopsided but also not all seats on the couch feel the same. The couch after a week does not look new as far as the cushion shapes go. Even the assembly from the factory on one of the back cushions looked crooked. I removed the back and it is obvious that the cushions were attached to the frame crooked from the factory. (See Picture) 3. The adjustable headrest lower end of the cushion hits my shoulders along with my head which pushes my shoulders out with my head which is very uncomfortable. 4. The metal angle iron base frame of the couch flexes considerably when moving to position the couch on the floor. It seems like it could easily bend or twist. Unless you are fully reclined there is no position that we find comfortable. Overall my wife and I both are sorry with our purchase and would gladly like to have back the couch that this couch replaced. It is the most uncomfortable couch we have ever owned. I would never purchase another Custom Comfort product.
