I would highly recommend them to anyone. I could never show or express how much appreciation and respect I have for this Resort and the individuals that work there best experience of my life I appreciate them dearly. Words cannot express how grateful I feel that I chose this venue for our wedding. HANDS DOWNS the easiest, most relaxed, and peaceful wedding planning process that exists! They Literally handle and think of everything for you! From DAY 1 I felt at ease and taken care of. Besides the Venue being beautiful, the people working at the Venue are even more beautiful. They ALWAYS have a smile and a pleasant tone. They truly made our wedding a day I can never forget. Every time someone asked me if I needed anything I was so appreciative of the attentiveness. I am so pleased with The Retreat by Wedgewood that I want to yell from a mountain top how great this venue and the team are! AND THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!! I will be talking about them for the rest of my life.

Absolutely horrible experience. The ceremony grass is dead, the coordinators lack communication and imagination, and they are all very rude. We were sold on the idea that they would take care of everything (all inclusive), but we ended up with a long list of things we had to buy ourselves and bring and there were necessary upgrade charges every step of the way. The planners follow a cookie cutter plan and can't think outside of the box so I had to take over on certain things. The day of coordinator, Lindsay, was incredibly rude and nowhere to be found on the wedding day. They didn't even adjust the lights during the reception so it was very bright during the first dance and open dancing. Not worth the amount of money that it costs.

I was a dj at this venue recently. It’s a very nice location with a great view. The staff was great to work with. The food was really good. Parking was very easy and hassle free. Loading and unloading was easy as well. Only issue was the sound restrictions, but as long as you don’t mind partying inside, it’s not an issue. The room inside isn’t too big, but it’s enough space for dancing for most weddings.
