Shout out to Travis, April, amazingly experienced technicians, and the parts department! Thank you for such amazing service and customer care! If you call, email, or submit a inquiry on the service website, they try to get back to you fast. In less than an hour, I was quickly able to confirm my air intake parts I needed were in-stock, got a quote and appointment for the parts and service the next morning. The waiting area is so comfortable and roomy with plenty of refreshments. Despite being a busy morning with a dozen customers arriving at a time, others and myself were in and out in roughly ~80-120 minutes.

Bait & Switch. I really do not like to leave negative reviews, but in my case this was my experience. I called for a quote for a specific part for my vehicle. When the parts rep gave me the quote he mentioned that they did not have it in stock. He said that in order to place the order I had to go to the dealer and pay for it upfront. So far no problem, all sounds fair. Upon arrival, I was given a much higher quote that was easily over 50% higher than what he quoted me over the phone. Of course, I was not okay with that and I did not make the purchase. I understand that parts have gone up for a number of reasons and I am totally okay with that, it is what it is. However, to quote me at a price then change it upon arrival isn’t okay. It frustrates me as a long time customer that these things continue to happen, despite a change in either dealer ownership or management. I am not sure of any of these specifics. In all fairness, I would say that I do have good experiences from time to time at this dealership. Ron, from services, for example has always been upfront and straightforward and has always explained my vehicles services and mechanics well.

The reason why I’m giving them a three star instead of a one star is cause of my interaction with Courtney. She was pleasant to talk too listened very well and very honest. She stated the Dealership has a $7000 accessories markup on all Vehicles. I told her I wouldn’t waste my time going this Honda dealership. Apparently at this Honda dealership you cannot buy a car without paying $7000 in Dealer install accessories. I was very shocked at the high price of the accessories. So much for having rights , choosing what you want on the car your purchasing. They want to sell you what they want to sell you. I’m willing to bet if I was to trade the car back in with all the $7000 accessories they would give me zero money for accessories. I can hear them saying “we don’t give money for dealer installed accessories”. Yet they want you to pay an absorbent amount of money for accessories that add little to no value to your car. UPDATE I Was able to purchase my new Honda Accord sport SE on 4/16/22 from Auto Nation of Costa Mesa @ MSRP plus $1500 in dealer installed accessories. No markup and they let me reserve car without any issues. It was the Best Deal out there by Far.

I purchased my Civic SI at Spreen Honda Corona, this place has been the only place for servicing my car. is my daily drive, for this reason I can say, the Technicians are doing a great job. I feel confident driving to work and everywhere, without worries, just enjoying the drive. The place is really comfortable for waiting, or take advantage of the shuttle service while the service is done. The personal is friendly and professional, the customer first. Answer if I have questions or concerns. I want to thanks Jason Torres. Great customer service. I recommend Spreen Honda Corona.

Yes we do
Faster but not necessarily; just get there when they first open!
Employees and customers with masks. Hand sanitizing stations. Low occupancy. Tons of room to social distance.
Go to the dealer. Find a car. Negotiate a deal and make sure you don't pay for features that you don't need. Ask about payment plans for the car. Sign the contract. Drive the car home.
You should call them directly to get a quote ot get on their website and leave them a message.
I personally don't work there. But I can point you in the right direction. The person to ask for is Melissa M. She can help you find what you need.
