They were both very helpful, and worked with us to help out situation and to walk out feeling comfortable and happy about your purchase. Worst customer service by far in my life!!!!! cannot get through to anyone!!! For days!!!! Everyone passes you onto someone else.
About 1.5 hours with an appt.. I see the owner said 30 minutes. Quickest I have ever had one is an hour.

If the tag is current when you purchase, you are charged for a transfer. Dealerships only charge for a full year when it it required.
