Took forever to get my food thru drive thru. Seemed like they had plenty of people working so don’t know what the hold up was. As always no apology. And they forgot to give me my card back. Luckily I didn’t drive away before I realized they (the teenager) didn’t hand it back.

Drive through service moved in a timely manner. Cashier did not say hellonor goodbye when taking payment. Person how handed me my food greeted me. Mango/pineapple lemonade was delicious. Spicy chicken sandwich was hot, crispy and spicy. Fries seemed a little old and tasted the same. Not too crispy and a lot of little fry "chips" instead of big fries.

I used to never really go to Wendy's before but within the last couple of years or so I started to Loooooove Wendy's omg their new "Fresh Fries" promo is one of the best things they could have done for themselves. I swear every other fast food should try to follow suit. From hard, stale, lukewarm to crispy, sizzling, fresh... Wendy's fries are something I regularly crave now. And if you get their spicy chicken sandwich, extra crispy. Warning it will be steaming and you may burn our mouth but oh my lorddddd. My mouth is watering as I speak. Their chili was good too, but it could use a bit more salt. Oh and definitely get their ghost pepper ranch. Ask for extra! The guy gave us like 6. They sometimes run coupons on their app so if you drop by, definitely peruse their app for any deals.

The fries good, but not noticeably more than before this latest ad campaign. A great change of pace from other fast food places. I like their baked potato, butter and sour cream.
