Terrible place. Had a 2 night reservation, was notified 2 hours before check in that hotel was full and I would have to spend the first night of my stay at a different hotel. Took an hour on the phone with customer service to get a refund and to book a different place. Stay away, many other better hotels in the area.

A good experience overall. Nice size room at a reasonable price. Only two issues with our room: the shower head felt like it was going to fall off when adjusting the tilt and the mini fridge tipped forward when opening the door. One general issue with SpringHill Suites is the sliding bathroom doors don't usually lock. Love the included breakfast!

Great hotel located around many great places to eat. Comfortable beds. Nice size rooms. Staff was very welcoming.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We stay in hotels that are comparable to SpringHill in Voorhees for dance competitions, this one is my favorite. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is great (love the waffles), staff assisting with breakfast were extremely effective. Rooms were clean and fresh. The shower had a feature that streams water at your back. The rooms are well lit. It is definitely kid friendly and is always packed will well mannered kids for tournaments and competitions. I think the pool was closed but since COVID, that doesn’t surprise me. Not a great picture and it is only part of the breakfast, but….
