Joseph Wood & The Service Company did an absolutely wonderful job for us and we definitely recommend this company to others. When our HVAC bit the dust, Joe took his time to fully examine the situation, then clearly explained the problem and gave us several options. He was very knowledgeable, honest, professional and dedicated to making sure everything was done to perfection, even when it meant spending the better part of a VERY hot July day outside and (even worse) up in our attic. Everything was fairly priced and installed exactly as promised with no surprise charges or delays. We are very impressed and also very grateful to be cool and comfortable again. Thank you again, Joe!
