Door sign said by appointment only but walk-ins ok. Woman in center console had a chip on her shoulder and acted like she was doing us a favor. Waited and watched as only two people entered and they had to wait but not too long. They were taken care of but with three people at their desks, it took them a long time before we were called up. Explained my situation, lady gave me a form to fill out and mail or fax in to the district IRS office. Turns out it was an outdated form. Had to wait another 3 weeks for a response. Zero customer service. Smug with their job security and damn the public.

Sally at this location has a very rude attitude. Very demeaning to the people that walk-in and while essentially doing nothing, instructs people to wait until she feels like helping them. There is no one here! No appointments, no other walk-ins and still she’s made us wait for no reason.

I agree with the assessment of one of the earlier reviews. A man came out to the waiting area, never bothered to look up my records and yet insisted that all of the info I told him I had received from other offices was wrong. When I calmly told him I didn't think he was being very helpful and hadn't looked at my records, he got angry and accused me of 'having an attitude'. I eventually did see another clerk but she was just as unhelpful. She only dug through the details in the files enough to answer specific questions I had and never made any effort on her own to find out information or suggest actions that might be helpful. When I returned to the lobby to obtain and fill out a survey (which was never offered to me as it has been at all other offices) the man was arguing with another patron. My recommendation would be to avoid this office if at all possible.
