The experience wasn't terrible. It also wasn't great. You have to clean and sanitize your own bed after use. Which brings me to say- I don't trust other customers to clean it the way it needs to be cleaned. Therefore, when I went into a room, I'd spend the 3 minutes prior to the bed coming on cleaning my own bed. Simply because I don't trust other people. You get 3 minutes from the time you walk in your room to the time the bed starts. I began slathering my lotions on before I'd leave the house to save time. I was once employed at a salon in TX, and one of my best friends managed salons in TX and OH. And never in my life have I encountered a salon that doesn't sanitize beds for the customers. They literally give you towels and cleaner at this location for you to clean the bed yourself. If I hadn't already paid for a $50 bottle of lotion resulting in a free month of tanning, I would have went elsewhere. They should probably provide these details to new customers prior to them signing up for a membership.

Have a certain bed that does not " tan" . Several customers, including myself have said so. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But fix that bed.
