I can't get over how well manage this place is. First time I've actually looked forward to doctor's visits. Everyone here always greets me with a smile and says hello. My mother and I both love Dr. Gahng. You can tell she really cares about her patients wellbeing. She is highly knowledgable and very compassionate. I wish more Drs were like her and I wish all facilities were as organized.

Fast, easy and at a low price. I take care of myself. So, I don't need medical. But, I did need a prescription. They helped me out. I gave them 4 stars. only because the video chat wasn't.

Optum - Downtown LA Urgent Care was super easy to use and convenient especially with COVID-19 going around. The physician was nice and quick to send me a prescription. The only issue I have is with the system itself. When I entered my insurance info, I was told that I would only owe my copay, great! Then I was charged $99. After emailing the company, they said that because I have an HMO plan, it isn't covered. That is understandable and I'm fine with that. However, it should be conveyed to patients before hand. I would not have used the services if I had known considering i would have paid $15 down the street. And on top of that, if you don't cancel your free trial, you're charged another $15 I believe, give or take. Just be advised and make sure you're not paying too much!

I'm beyond happy with the clinic. And I can tell good care from bad. I've had the most amazing hospital Cedar Sinai for over 10 years but I had to change insurances. I found this clinic accidentally through my insurance. But let me tell you how good it is. Brand new building, FREE parking, clean, organized, 3 receptionists, security guard. Everybody was nice, polite and helpful. There was a lady who gave me a Welcome bag with info, hand sanitiser, pen. She explained that they have a lab there, pharmacy, radiology, urgent care, eye dr. The rooms were clean. My new dr Lim was amazing, professional, she answered all of my questions, submitted my prescription really fast. The info from the exam was on the Portal within minutes. I even tested it and sent a message, she replied fast, very efficient. I had to remove my previous doctor for not being caring and long wait times. it takes a little to show that you care. I saw that with treating other patients very nice as well. I'm super happy with this clinic and my choice!!!
