If there was a way to write zero stars, thats what my rating for this place need to be. Not only previously they prescribed me the wrong ointment. There very rude and lazy. You can't even call them . It has to be a call center. Supervisors can't manager this place. When they call you over the phone. They have it ring one time and hang up. SIMPLE information the doctors have them tell there patients they have no clue. They have poor communication skills and listening skills. There usually playing on there phones. Now I know why they do not answer there phones at the nursing station. Tic toc is morning important than patient care. This place is ridiculous & Department of public Health please pay a visit.

Whatever you do … DO NOT EVER waste your time with Dr. Kevin Ko . OR their on site Podiatrist Dr. Benani . These people should NOT be practicing at all because what you will get from these two are SUBSTANDARD ATTITUDE AND TREATMENT. And Ill people have NO TIME FOR SUBSTANDARD. TRUST ME , I’ve had the best Care and quality doctors through my lifetime . So don’t waste time with these two that I’ve just mentioned here . Go elsewhere. Now , Nurse Practitioner DOMINIC KOH AND Gynecologist Dr. PHYLLIS WOO are the BEST AND ALWAYS on top of their game in my experience here at this facility . Remember Doctors aren’t God although some may act like it . And some of them forget that the patient is putting their trust and care of their lives and or conditions into their hands . THAT … is a most important trust . And these Doctors must answer to their superiors as well . Which means that there is an office manager there on site everyday ( or at least there should be ) that over see the quality of care and patients complaints RIGHT THERE AND THEN if you’re dissatisfied with treatment that very day and time of your appointment You ask or demand ( which ever suits your quality or lack of quality) visit that day , to speak with the OFFICE MANAGER in complaint of the attending Physician with whom you’re unhappy with and your reasons . Therese are YOUR RIGHTS . That goes for any office personnel as well .

This is a bad place. My doctor failed to fill my prescriptions on time, so I had to wait the long weekend. I then had to pay for a second consultation with my doctor in order to remind her to fill my prescriptions. I shouldn't have had to pay for two appointments to get my prescriptions; instead, Wendy Mak MD and APHCV should have shown basic competence. Edit: For another display of their utter incompetence, the response from their team on this review listed their general call number rather than the care manager number. Just a gross place. Hope they all suffer.

It is one of the worse places to get medical help, they don't care about the patients, they don't have good staff, customer service and doctors are careless. It's hard to contact them by phone and when they finally answer, they are careless, one time they forgot to give me the second vaccine, and they said sorry we forgot. My providers resigned with no notice two years ago and this practice has not provided me a suitable alternative provider, in few words, WORSE SERVICE EVER.

John Hoh | Aug 22, 2021

There are several Thai interpreters there and full time, dedicated, native language speakers in 6 other Asian Pacific Islander languages, 2 South Asian languages, as well as Spanish. All the Providers speak English clearly and usually are able to speak in one other language.

Who is the physician name now? Since you guys keep changing doctors

jocelyn mimi | Aug 23, 2018

There are more than 10 Providers. Some have been there for over 15 years. Many over 5 years. Please understand that Providers like all of us, sometimes move for family reasons or career. Some go to another APHCV center because they speak a language needed. If your Physician has to leave, you can and should ask if there is someone else there who can best serve your needs. They will gladly try to help.
