I really like that you can buy decent clothes that feels like outlet prices. Their clearances are always really good, and I like it you get super cash no matter what you buy. Really helps with school shopping.

I wanted to address a concern. I purchased a cream/white cardigan on clearance, I wore it the first time today and kept smelling bleach. It was the cardigan. So someone bought it, took it home, wore it, washed it, used bleach for who knows what, and returned it...if I had noticed the bleach smell then I wouldn't have bought it but it was cheap and I was in a hurry. Just...odd

I went in today to stock up on some shorts for an upcoming trip. A lead associate named Dennifer "Mama D" helped me find exactly what I was looking for as well as a few extras I never would have chosen for myself but were perfect. She was amazing! Looking forward to shopping there and seeing Mama D again soon.

Went in with my mom to find her a new pair of "mom" jeans, which for the record are VERY trendy right now, and we couldn't find them anywhere. My mother was approached by an older female worker who proceeded to tell my mom, "Those pants are not trendy; they are out of style. NO ONE wears these jeans." The worker proceeds to bash my mother for the places my mother shops, saying that they are not trendy and she (the worker) would never shop there. Dear MJ Old Navy, I am not one to leave harsh reviews, but this is ridiculous.
