I went to this sonice drive in on my lunch break from work and the customer service was A1 !! They got it done fast and something was wrong with my order and Kira and Mary Beth handled it perfectly and was the best customer service I’ve seen so far. This sonic is the best sonic I’ve been at !!

We stopped by for dinner at almost 8 PM, after a long day of family stuff, trips to Home Depot etc. We finally ordered off hubbies Sonic app, food was quick, fresh and flavorful. Service was friendly and the location was clean. It was a very HOT evening, so everyone was going thru drive thru, or eating in their car. The one issue was that my Sonic App would only work for a Sandwich, any time I added tots, onion rings, drinks...it always said not available. I updated my app, rebooted my phone, tried being on their WIFI, and on Cell Service...still could not order anything but sandwiches... probability an issue with Sonic App and not this location... For Google Reviews, it is Always Very Telling if the Negative Reviews have less than 5 reviews...Just giving some mini advice...consider the source friends...

If I could do a negative I would for sure! Didn’t get any of my burgers from door dash manager tells me it’s not his problem then tells me to get over it that my burgers were not delivered and that my blast is melted. Found a bug in my cheese tots. What a worthless store! 🤮

We arrived and was told we needed to go through the drive through. They are understaffed. We went through the drive through, they didn't give us a double cheeseburger and tater tots. We went to a stall and advised we were missing items. A young lady came out said she would be right back. Twenty minutes later we noticed all the lights got turned off. We pushed the button again and the young lady advised they were closed. We reminded her someone came out due to us missing items. She said hold on. Came back said she was sorry they would be right out. It was another 10-15 minutes later. Worst service we have ever had. I understand being understaffed, but this was a 45 minute wait and we were polite and understanding. Won't be returning.
