Do not live here if you enjoy your privacy. Neighbors are very nosey and the insulation is horrible. Apparently sound travels very easily in these apartments because neighbors make noise complaints for everyday sounds such as watching movies. My roommate did have a loud voice though that was often perceived as shouting in the apartment. I lived there for a little over a year and was given 7 days to move even though my rent was paid up until the end of the month. Moving out of these apartments ended up being a blessing. The only perk to living there was reduced rate rent. Other than that, there are definitely better apartments to choose from.

I have lived at Heritage Gardens for a little over two years and love it here. My apartment is huge and beautiful. Over the past year I have seen so many improvements in the way the apartments are managed. I can tell you that I hope the office lady and the maintenance guy never leave us. You can tell they care about this place and want it to be nice. In the past the other workers didn't care. I have seen the other peoples reviews on here and think I know who some of these people are. Some don't don't even live here or lived here illegally and are either mad because there are rules now or because they are doing wrong things and getting in trouble. This is the best apartments in our area and teh best I have ever lived at.

Ive lived here since jun 2016, it's been a great apartment experience thus far. Management is very kind (i have a son, and everytime we go up there she is so wonderful to him). Also ive just recently set up my profile on their website and it definitely saves me some time to be able to pay rent and put in work orders all on the same website. Maintenance responded very quickly to the work order and fixed the problem :) he was also very politle and professional. The staff here are definitely hard workers and do their best to keep up with the high demand of the property. The only thing i think that can be improved upon is the number of employees. It does seem that they are a bit understaffed which can put more stress on employees and tenants a like. But other then that living here has been a positive experience for both my son and I.

I lived in these apartments for several years. Management changed more often than the seasons. I moved out, turned in my keys on 5/2/2016. An inspection was supposedly held on or about April 19, 2016, the letter stated I need not be present. In july, I responded to a voice mail from Tom, (corporate ) with whom I played phone tag with for several weeks. I had to request an invoice of my move out inspection to see all these bogus charges, which were wear and tear. I contacted the local office, again after several voice mails later, I was able to speak with Rhonda, who made every excuse to not be able to discuss these bogus charges. Once again, I called corporate and was finally able to speak with Tom. I explained to him the unprofessional manner of how I received my invoice, how the dates didn't match up. He assured me he would contact Rhonda and get back with me,..well, 2 months later, these these charges are a negative on my credit report.

There's recently been a change in management, and they're trying to get all their ducks in a row! I recommend stopping by in person!!

The management over this place is horrible. She needs to be replaced. How can you call someone ilitarite because they are black. Then call the cops on them and try to have them locked up for nothing. You are Worthless lady.

Look on your lease and find out what company owns the place. Look up website and they should have phone #s.
