Stellar service and knowledge. Bill came highly recommended from my (amazing) accountant who owns a few properties, and I can see why. Bill not only made the mortgage loan process easy and stress free for us, he always explained everything, at all hours of the day and night. By the time we pulled the trigger on a house, he felt like a part of the family. Bill knows his stuff and makes it happen! Highly recommend.

My husband and I were first time home buyers knowing nothing about how loans work. We found Bill on Yelp and seeing his great reviews decided to give him a call. That was one of the best decisions we made during our home-buying process. Bill is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every detail of the process. Although we were not his clients, he still offered his time to help us throughout the process of getting a loan. Having Bill's help made us feel less nervous and confused about the whole process. We are really grateful that we found Bill, and thank him greatly for taking his time to help us. Highly recommend to him to anyone looking to purchase a home and need a loan. The most honest and professional person in the business.

We are extremely thankful for Bill! By far, the most frustrating and demoralizing thing about mortgages and refis are the odd voodoo-like calculations underwriters make without explaining them. Bill not only understands these nuances — and is always happy to explain them — he spots challenges way ahead of time and knows exactly how to adjust to boost your chances of success. We were facing an extremely difficult refi process that had a half dozen other brokers I spoke with stumped. Bill not only found a lender, the rate beat all my best-case-scenario expectations. While Bill’s longevity and experience in the industry is probably his greatest asset, his personal touch is what makes the difference. Bill is basically a mortgage geek, someone who lives and breathes the process. I might even go so far as to say he enjoys the process — that’s a rare find, for sure.

Bill is an awesome to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, always available for his customers to answer questions, guide them through the lending process. He always made sure we are comfortable with what we are getting into, provides the best rates and his patience in explaining how the lending process works is fantastic. Every lending situation is unique and has its own complexities. We too did have our set of unique complexities. We were turned down by other lenders but Bill Rayman never said no. He worked through all possibilities and made sure we got what we needed to buy our new home. I strongly recommend Bill Rayman for anyone who is looking for home financing or refinancing. He is THE Go To Mortgage Consultant!!..

It is absolutely possible. Even two years after a bankruptcy. It may be difficult, depending on the circumstances of the bankruptcy and what has happened since, but it can be done.
In Los Angeles we have many folks that make a living in the entertainment business. They might have one great year for income, followed by a terrible year, then back up again. There are methods which take these kinds of situations into account. Happy to help you.
