Don't bring you Harley here. Came in with a flat tire on my dyna. Left with no brakes and claims that it was like that from the last shop. Long story short now that I have paid for the parts to be replaced I called the shop manager/ owner and asked him if he could take care of the labor. He declined. Blamed it on the other shop. He told me go get it from prevoius shop. So I did... come to find out the rear brake lines to my dyna were installed inside of the caliper bracket.. not outside. With so much stress it broke the line after a few pumps ..(while on the road) parts alone are 120 used so far. That line is 80 bucks without tax and 8 week wait period. Polo just brushed it off on the other shop. I have pictures. Might post if needed... so we can see how the rear break was reinstall incorrectly which caused a bend on the brake pads. It's all bad. DO NOT BRING YOUR HARLEYS HERE. I tried to ask if he saw it while the tech worked on it... but he decided to say yes. I think he is a straight up guy and didn't want to lie personally. I bought a used tire it sucked so he pulled me aside and he gave me some cash back and in return I bought some gloves off the wall.. I was a great customer. If anyone is asking.

Polo is the best this guy has been here for years...been taking anything on two wheels for a long time. He is straight forward and they just recommended whatever you need nothing more.
