Roswell GA Mavis Tire Store manager Chelsea jumped in when I needed 3 new RV tires ASAP to continue a trip. The shop didn’t have them in stock, so she got the tires from another store in an hour and personally mounted them to get me on my way quickly. The price was also very fair. I’ve never seen a shop manager roll up their sleeves and step in to help a customer in need like Chelsea. It was late in the day, hotter than he!! and most shop managers would have said come back tomorrow. Instead, she pulled her hair into a ponytail, ran into the shop, and had the tires mounted in short order as all of her team were busy with other vehicles and customers. She ran inside several times to help new customers, wiping perspiration from her face. Another customer positively commented on her take no prisoners approach. Clearly her motto is “ whatever it takes!” I am safely at my Florida destination on time thanks to her. I highly recommend Mavis Tire and Chelsea, manager of their Roswell GA store.

Mavis is the real deal. I had an issue getting my rear tire off of my car when I was changing my own brake pads due to an aluminum capped lug nut that was stripped. I called four other places as well as the dealership and no one else could help me with this issue. No one could even identify what the issue was. I pulled into Mavis and they identified it, and fixed it for me free of charge! They also educated me on what the issue was. These guys are experts and understand good business. They will be the first place I call when I need my next set of tires. There's just not enough places like this anymore.

Can’t recommend this location enough. Had a random flat tire and was able to limp my 4Runner to their shop overnight. Their key drop was very secure. James, who by the way was VERY professional and personable, promptly called the next morning and was very transparent and clear about the issue and a few other undetected minor issues. There was no undue pressure to proceed. Although, I’ve been doing my own brakes for years, as it’s one of about two things I “CAN” do for my vehicle other than add gas. Like I told them, this first experience has earned them a repeat customer. Not to mention being the first garage on one of our main routes.
