Corporate doesn't return calls it's been weeks now. And when you do get someone they get "disconnected" everytime.

Never buy flowers from QuickChek I will include photos of Valentines flowers two days later. I stopped into the store to speak to Miranda, the manager, who told me I may have to deal directly with the vendor. I advised her that I did not buy the flowers from the vendor I bought them from her store number 159 in Butler New Jersey. She said she would have to speak to her boss who was not available on Sunday. I happen to know that Igor is available every day in the event of a store issue. I have left a message at QuickChek corporate in Whitehouse Station New Jersey and expect a phone call back from them tomorrow. However, it should not be this difficult to get a refund when a product is painfully defective, and embarrassingly so since these were a Valentine’s Day gift. I will include a follow up review to the results that I get from QuickChek. Follow up a few days later: corporate called me back and did refund my money. Therefore, changing my 2 star review to 4 stars. Would be five stars but when I went back to the store for my refund, the manager did not come out to meet me. I’m guessing getting a call from corporate had something to do with that. Thank you QuickChek corporate.

The Quickchek in Monroe NJ needs a new manager urgently. Many of the staff members want to quit because their manager makes staff feel useless. Beth Smith, the manager at this quick check is so ignorant and arrogant for what her staff needs and only focuses on her own needs. She is the most ignorant person I’ve ever seen treat her employees the way she treats them.please get a new manager that cares for their employees and their needs. I heard this manager got angry because of the fact an employee that was pregnant was trying to get her needs met and they never were. She also resumed to insult her while firing her and told her to “never text her as if she’s her child”

I don’t understand how a company like Quickchek can’t manage to get French vanilla creamer into the stores especially when it’s got their own brand name on it. You need to seriously start looking at some new management if you can’t handle something as simple as that
