I literally went in for a interview got the job did my background and still heard nothing back I literally called the front for almost a week straight and still nothing. This beyond unprofessional when you guys clearly need the help and staff with the amount of complaint I’ve been reading.

Lady could not find my reservation after being confirmed by their management. No one would answer the the lobby phone or email and the lady is telling me that all the rooms available are having maintenance issue's so no room are open. Now im struggling to find another hotel. Im never coming here ever again this place sucks and has horrible service.

No permanent staff in the daytime. No property manager, no housekeeping, just to name some things. The place was filthy which brought roaches and other bugs. When asking for assistance all I got was we're doing the best we can and nothing was really resolved.

VERY VERY NASTY! Me and my family waited literally 3 hours for a room too be cleaned. We were able to see the room before check-in. The minute we walked into the room! There was a strong mildew smell!! As we were doing a walk through the bathroom floor was wet as if the floor was the not properly cleaned. The cabinets were falling off the hinges! The air conditioner was leaking on the inside of the room onto the carpet in between the beds. IT WAS HORRIFIC TO SEE! After the walk through we went back into the office and the agent laughed from the look of our faces as if it was a joke! So from my understanding they know how nasty and unkept these rooms are despite how much people are paying for these rooms! Very upset!!
