My family always wishes to dine in person here. Since the pandemic we had always ordered here, either be it a birthday party or party that we make up one just to have food from here. It is a wish to come true today and had a wonderful lunch as usual but with dine in experience with family. Ordered the long pending recommendation from my owner friend to have tandoori pomfret. Regular menu of chicken ambur biriyani, Nethily fry, chicken 65. Nicely spent 2 hours and happened to meet a new friend and his family moved to the city from the west. I had recommended them kongu nadu mutton gravy. They have a party hall too for special occasions with friends and family.

Went to Nalan today for lunch…my family of 4 and my 2 friends were the first ones there when they opened at 11:35Am. We are from orlando and chicago. Ordered Filter coffee which was awesome then muttton Chukka, chilli chicken, veg and chicken kothu parotta. Vanjaram fry, but main highlight was appam with fish curry and appam with egg curry which was our most favorite. Thalapakkati chicken biryani tasted great too. Service was good (just had to ask napkins couple of times and we had to ask them to remove finished plates as they only come to serve the food and leave immediately). Waited 30mins for the food to come but it was worth the wait.

I was visiting Atlanta and tried this restaurant with family. In general food is good. We all liked appetizers but entrees are subpar. Tables are close to each other and we ended up sitting on the table right next to the entrance so it was bit odd to enjoy the food while people waiting at the entrance to be seated staring at our food. Probably restaurant management should NOT let people wait in that cramped area.

Went here for the first time a few weeks ago, and we enjoyed everything we ordered! Our server recommended the Chicken 65 to start - the chicken was tender, had great flavor, and had a nice crisp on the outside. For the entrees, we split the ambur chicken biriyani + kal dosa with goat curry. The biriyani was very flavorful and came with a lot of chicken. The curry for the kal dosa came in a fun container + the kal dosa tasted great with the chopped red onion in the fold. We're not typically around the Alpharetta area, but we already look forward to going back the next time we are in the area!

Last time I was there, wear a mask into the restaurant, remove when seated. Staff all had masks.
