Needed to hook up a new phone purchased outside of Verizon. Antonio helped me get my new phone transferred over and set up, and he was fantastic! Super helpful and friendly!

The staff told me that they are short on staffs, and I can call Verizon to get same service without wait. I said I like to wait. I waited one hour. The staff is so helpful and patient. He answered all my questions with information. I saw all those staffs are helping customers. One thing they need is hire more staffs.

They decide to close early and even though you have an order to pick up, they swat you like your a fly on the other side of the door. They refuse to open the door for you even if you’re there during business hours. By the way, it was Kevin swatting me away.

The service I received was AWFUL. I had Initially called Verizon to initiate an iPhone trade, and that went well. The customer service I received from Alexis on the phone was clear, to the point, and kind. I went into the store to pick up my phone and the guy behind the counter had no idea that I was supposed to have a phone and was really hostile to my request to pick up my already paid for a phone. He didn’t want to look up my account so that I could prove that I had a phone reserved. Thankfully I had the receipt on me and kept showing it to him until he gave in and looked me up. Thankfully they also had a phone in store for me to pick up because the store apparently did not get clue into the fact that I ordered a phone from that store. When I asked for how I was to return my trade-in phone, he said that I need to pick up a packing slip and box to mail it back but did not offer to provide that service. I asked him if I could get one from any verizon store and he told me to drive to Dawsonville to pick it up. And then he turned away from me to help another person, and did not ask if I wanted anything else (like a case?) or if I had any other questions. I left feeling like I was ran out of the store. He was really really rude and I’m glad I don’t live in the area so that I never have to deal with that man again.

What information do you need from me if I am buying a new phone from you today? I want you to transfer all my data to the new phone. How long does that take? I have an I phone -7s. I must keep my existing phone number - OK?

Well there may be a chance you may have to change your existing number but as long as you have your driver's license or ID and money to buy the new phone you shouldn't have much of a problem

Jitterbug is a 3rd party sub carrier. We do offer a number of Senior Friendly smartphones and basic phones that are backed by the full Verizon Network. Stop by and I can show you some options(I work for Verizon there)
