I was one of the first to move into here temporarily. It turned into a 4 year stay. Loved it until 2020. The management was wonderful in 2017-2019. That has changed dramatically. I moved out in 2021 and it could not have come soon enough. Tracy the manager and her minion staff are a constant fraud. Smile to your face, do nothing once you leave. The original lease of mine was fabricated and all I can gather is it was to avoid reimbursing me the refundable $150.00 of which they claimed was only $100. This document in writing and is absolute fraud. I have all Copies. The grounds are always in disarray. Trash everywhere. Neighbors are trashy and could care less. Dog fecal matter everywhere at every building. I have so many emails asking for assistance. Fallen upon deaf ears to avoid confrontation with other tenants. Management does nothing! They just want their rent monthly. Lip service and broken relationships. And don't even get me started about the parking situation. Numerous 911 calls reported here. Even a suicide. This is not a safe place to live or enjoy. The old staff and grounds crew were so wonderful until Tracy took over as manager in 2020. Am I disappointed because of how I was treated? Yes! Would I recommend this property? No. Much better places to rent or live locally. Investigate my claims and run a police report. Talk to neighbors and inquire.

We’ve been living here for a little more than two years. We love it! The pool has a great grill/hang out area. The staff is friendly! They were easy to work with when we wanted to move from a 2 bedroom into a 1 bedroom upon renewing our lease

I have been living at the Bradley Park Apartments since 2018. I have seen it grow basically from top to bottom because they were still building when I moved in. The pool area is fantastic as well as the whole property around the complex. The leasing office is great and will get things taken care of for you right away! Would definitely recommend living here if you are looking for an apartment complex that is clean, safe and close to everything!

We have been living here at Bradley Park Apartments going on 2 years and we love it here. We have never had any problems with anyone here. Our neighbors who live in our building have always been great.. The people in the office are always nice and helpful and the maintenance crew is a great group of guys who work hard to keep the apartments nice and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone..
