Stayed 14 and 15 of July. 25 was stole from my room from house keeping. Then I was charged 250.00 for smoking in my room. I don't even smoke cigarettes. When asked to show proof. I was told it smelled. I know that's a lie. WHEN I called about the charge my ATM card. Nobody could tell me anything. They took my name and number. Nobody every called me back.

Hotel room seems clean and staff has been very nice but the two things I was most looking forward to have been an epic fail. The bath tub stop doesn't work so I have to hold it down with my foot through my whole bath and the curtains will not stay open to see the pretty water view. I asked them to have maintenance look at the curtains but they just said there is a clip missing and it's fine. I'm pretty sure the cam is broken entirely which is why it won't go up at all (let alone the broken clip with it hanging lopsided) but what do I know... 🤷♀️ also the digital key option didn't work because the room I selected never got cleaned. When I showed up they just gave me a different room with a real key which is fine just don't bother downloading the app since it does nothing. Also the remote for the TV didn't work.

We stayed last weekend. It was really nice. We had a personal note left in our room written by house keeping. It was the sweetest thing. Room was spacious and clean. Amenities were nice and easy to find (not on the bottom shelf tucked away). And the staff is exceptionally nice with pleasant attitudes. We will definitely stay here again. We only stay in Hampton Inn's and I have been to few where our stay has been less than rewarding in my experience. This Hampton Inn has it going on. We also noticed that the staff works together, night shift and day shift. The clerk was writing messages on the bananas for morning breakfast. Morning staff was ready to assist our requests. That's what I call team work. My husband I were really impressed. Thank you Hampton Inn for a fabulous experience. 🙂👍
