I’ve been waiting to get my passport for 3 weeks. When I get there the customer service door is shut, and one of the attendants told me that they couldn’t help me because the person didn’t come in to work. I was never called/emailed about this and I had to take off work so I could get here between their hours just for them to turn me away. It would’ve been nice to get some form of commutation so I could’ve went to work and enjoy my day instead of making sure everything was done for them.

Just want to say that I've had a post office box here for 6 years. It has always been the same people working at their service desk, and they are always very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate them

I arrived at the post office at 5:28 to get a package, but they already closed and locked their doors. I spoke to someone who argued about the time even when I showed her the time on my phone. She refused to get my package for me. Very disappointing. Please stay open until your closing time. I drove a long ways to get here.

A big shout out to Richard Ainsworth and the USPS for their stunning lack of competence in handling my lost package. I hope the next time you entrust someone with something important they lose it, then follow up with no apology and appallingly poor communication. You deserve nothing less and a trained monkey could easily do your job better.

Haven't had any issues. Maybe just didn't get any??
For delivery and pickup of mail, always open so we get our work of transporting mail done!
Main post office on 4th street is open from 10 am to 1 pm on Saturday
You have to go to the post office and they will have to get you a new key. Bring a valid ID and mailing address with your name on it
I believe it is similar hours of the window operations M-F. I'm guessing 9am to 530 pm.
That is something that can be looked up in the computer system. But that requires names and specific addresses and this is a publicly visible media. So don't ever post that info online. I would recommend one of two things. Go online to USPS.com at the bottom of the page there is a contact us link then ask. Or go to your local post office and speak to a supervisor they can both check to make sure it is in the system and can email your originating Post office to make sure your carrier is aware that your forward has started.

I am sorry to hear that. And this package did not have any type signature requirements? You didn't have a family pet out? Is there a safe place to leave it? If it doesn't require a signature and you don't pet's, you can request a redelivery via usps.com. I'm sorry your carrier didn't get it right the first time, but hopefully can make it right.
Not always and not in every instance but normally they will. There should be a number to call for redelivery
You can fill out a forward card from the post office or from the carrier. Otherwise you can do it on usps.com. if the person being forwarded has the same last name as other residents at the address make sure to mark the individual box. If a person has multiple last names or maiden name. Fill out a separate form for each last name. If the individual gets mail for multiple first names fill out a form for each first name. Example (gaylord, Gary, guy) or if the person is the only resident with that last name, a family forward will cover all first names with the same last name.
The post office is closed on Christmas day. Some offices will deliver Express packages only. If you are mailing to someone who is only visiting a address. You would put thier name, then in care of who ever lives there. Ex. To: Joe Blow In care of Mean Jean 1112 lilly dr Nowhere, Or 99775
Yes. Go to USPS.com. you can apply there.
Go to Usps.com and request mail hold
Yes if it's at the main office on 4th st but I believe the downtown one locks the doors at night.
Yes
You can go on usps.com and request a hold. If you do not have access to the internet you may pick up a hold card from any letter carrier or post office. Fill the card out completely including the back of the card, then drop in the mail. USPS.COM works best though.
It is much easier to use the Amazon Dropbox at Whole Foods.
Go to information office at 2300 NE 4th St. They'll take a fee and schedule a lock change
You can go online at USPS. Com or you can go directly to the front office and request a change of address form.
Do you have a change of address on file? If so it may be in the process of being forwarded...soemtimes that scan doesn't show up right away.
You'll have to go into customer service office on 4th street and have them track it...they can see where its been scanned delivered with GPS...
Smallest box is 41 for 6 months or 82 for a year
Depends on your address. All 97702 is at the DCU on Business Way. Most, but not all 97701 and 97703 is at the main office on 4th St.
