This was my first hike in over a year since having long term health challenges with Covid. Fairly easy-moderate hike with a WOW waterfall view at the end. I was so overwhelmed between my success and the view, I stood there and cried. I can’t wait to go back!! I loved watching families and couples take pictures and enjoy the water, walking behind the falls and all around.

The hike is approximately 1.4 miles and is pretty easy! The view is amazing at the falls. Its a really nice palce to take the family for a day trip!

Great little hiking trail off the road. Parking is tight and alongside the road. It was fairly crowded when my wife and I went and lots of people were walking their dogs! Fairly easy trail, took us an hour going to the falls, spending time at the falls and hiking back. Very good for families with young kids and people with dogs, only a few sharp inclines and most of them had stairs.

The trail is simple to hike. Be aware of ticks so would suggest to carry tick spray. Parking space is very limited.

The trail is a bit rocky but more to flat rocks the bushes it's like walking on a maze the first part of tg he trail, all depends on what time of year u go, but once y get to the cave, it nice, u can go above the cave, to the very top and it's worth the hike.
Sometimes US-276 is closed due to snow or weather, but I don't think it would be closed due to the government shut down. The trail will definitely be open if you can drive on 276.
