They make the pictures on the menu look so good. It got me to order on of their new burgers. It was one with Ranch, Bacon and and sautéed onions... well it was suppose to be. When I got the burger it was over cooked, underseaso ed and missing everything. I asked for ranch and they brought me some then after to request to check again for the onions I was brought those in a cup as well. When they arrived they were ice cold so I asked for some that were at least warmed... it was make your own burger that evening at my table. My mom's burger was burnt as well. I will say my daughter ate all her oranges, loved the spinach cheese dip, and the waitress must have talked to the manager because we got a few dollars off our meal.

Omg!! I let my daughter pick, and thats the last time! The food was horrible!!!!! The service was mediocre, we were left unattended for about 20 mins. Won't be eating there again!! Btw I got the Fajitas shrimp and steak. It use to still be sizzling when they bring it out- nope! And the steak was like gum. The shrimp was cooked perfect though. I didnt even complain we just left!

I have to say a huge Thank you to our Rome's Chili's!!! They went above and beyond for my 16 year olds birthday dinner. We had a party of 31 and our experience could not have been better. You told us our table would be ready at 4 and by 4:05 we were all seated. We got our food quick, service was top notch, and we were done in less then 2 hours including serving our birthday cake and opening gifts. Thank you for such an awesome job!!!

Curbside pickup was a disaster. The croutons on my Caesar salad were moldy-tasting. I was really hoping for a good experience, but it was extremely disappointing, especially for the price. None of our order was hot, and we waited 30 EXTRA minutes for the cold food. Gave them another chance. It was WORSE this time if you can believe it. This is the "steak" which was colder than our salads, pic below. Literally the only warm things in my bag were the salads and that corn.
