Easily the best roast beef sandwich I’ve ever had!! My husband also loved the tri-tip sandwich. Both come with a bag of kettle chips and a delicious cookie. The meat market & seasonings selection is extensive, it’s definitely a great spot to stop at if you love cooking as well! There’s a lot of heated outdoor seating available with a dog friendly patio. They have beer, wine, cider, sodas etc.

This place is top notch! The sandwiches are amazing a basic turkey sandwiches was the best one I've ever had. They are salt of the earth people. Dinning there I could tell how much care they took in keeping thing clean and completely sanitized. They have a store with many speciality items and they were all so welcoming.

The meat products sold here are good, and enjoyed those I bought, brought home and ate the next day. The sandwiches are a bit lacking, however. I ordered the Old Fashioned Bologna sandwich and was surprised at how sparse the ingredients were. It contained only two slices of bologna, and appeared to made with ordinary, store bought white bread. For a $13 sandwich this was very disappointing. I'd recommend this place for the meat. But if you order a sandwich, bring a fat wallet and small appetite.

If you need to feed your inner carnivore, this is the place to go if your in or near Sisters. Passing through looked up local reviews and areas to check out and it did not disappoint. A small but specialty listed menu board of available sandwiches (about 7 options). Local Brews on Tap (most from Bend), and other beverages available (waters, sodas, seltzer). The food was good and exactly what we needed as we were on the road. The outside seating was plentiful and we were easily able to find a seat despite the holiday weekend. Tables spaced adequately apart for Covid. The interior of the establishment was interesting in that the shelves were lined with assortments, sauces, and spices that were all made for the smokehouse locally. Several of them made specifically by this company. Small packages were available for folks wanting a gift basket idea or something to take with them from their visit. They do one thing and they do it really well. The staff were all busy but each one was friendly and attentive to everyone present. If you asked one of them a question they showed you or gave an apt answer. Clear and concise. Love it. Worth stopping in to have a bite or maybe pick up a fresh cut of meat for the grill/fire pit. This place was packed! They are clearly doing it right. Keep up the good work! 💯

The whole town close early at night
I'm sorry, no right now we don't ship our fresh meat. Shipping hasn't been very reliable. We have been playing around with a possible delivery model, but that won't happen for quite awhile yet. Thanks for the question! Kay Johnson, CEO
We allow only 5 customers inside at a time. Everyone must wear a mask while inside and maintain 6' distance. Outside seating only for eating. Customers wait outside for their food after ordering. Heated outside table area separated by plastic when possible.
Yes! They are awesome!
This seemed more like a butcher shop, smoke house, and deli so I don't think they would rent meat locker space. If you call them, they may be able to direct you to one oe perhaps butcher your elk for freezing. Good luck and good hunting.
