Please be aware of this company. Once they get your shipment and lose it or can not find it you will never see it again. Their customer service just hung up if you try to figure out what is going on. We will need a lawyer to get it done so maybe it is better just to hire someone else to avoid problems with them.

Perfect delivery! The gentleman called me about 20 minutes before arriving to let me know that he was on his way. And although he came by himself, AND had to park half way down the street, he didn't complain at all. Even asked me exactly where I wanted my items (3 theater chairs and a hood for my Toyota Sienna). He even offered to leave the wooden pallets because I had to have my items left on the ground in my underground parking space temporarily. Awesome Service!

I live in a bad neighborhood in Inglewood. The driver left the heavy equipment on my driveway with my 90 year old grandparents. When asked by grandma what to do he answered “not my problem!” I got the video and audio from my security cameras. They left a $7k package on my driveway!!!! They never called me to verify that!!!! Not good customer service! Horrible service

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 1) R+L did not honor their 4 hour apt window. Showed up 2 hours late with a drugged up driver no less. I was told that he did arrive and left because we were closed but was "down the street" - still took him an hour to come back. No phone call letting us know he was onsite in the first place. 2) Driver was obviously drugged out. We could not understand anything he was saying, his eyes were red, the driver & his phone reeked of weed. As he pulled out his phone he dropped a rolled up dollar bill. No wonder why it took him an hour to come back. 3) I was told the wrong information about what was needed for the package to pick up. All I was told was to prepare a packing list. Driver shows up asking for a bill of lading which I was not told about. The gentleman who apparently was the drivers supervisor, told me he was going to email a bill of lading for me to fill out - never sent the email. Good thing we did not allow the driver to get our package. If they can't get their act right in the beginning, imagine all the nightmares that would have happened during delivery.
